INGREDIENTS 1 bunch of cilantro 6 Persian cucumber 4 Serrano pepper 2-3 tbsp coconut amino or soy sauce 2 tbsp dark vinegar 1 drizzle of sesame oil METHODS Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Slice cucumber and Serrano pepper thinly. Finely chop cilantro. Combine coconut amino, dark vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and serve.
